Fast & Secure Shipping
All orders are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid cardboard to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left our shop.

Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same business day
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship next business day
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status from our order tracking page.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Each trading card is a unique collectible, so all purchases are final. We're confident you'll love your cards, but please review your selections carefully before completing your order.
Before You Buy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! To help ensure satisfaction:
- Review all product photos and descriptions carefully
- Check the listed condition of each card
- Feel free to ask questions before buying — we're happy to help!
- Take your time to make sure it's the right card for your collection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping or we sent the wrong card, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Insurance & Protection
Shipping Insurance
All orders over $50 automatically include shipping insurance. For orders under $50, insurance can be added for $2.99.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look around your delivery area
- Contact your local post office
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days
