All orders are carefully packaged in protective sleeves and rigid cardboard to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left our shop.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship next business day
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status from our order tracking page.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Returns Policy

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your cards, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, cards must be:

  • In the same condition as when received
  • In original protective sleeves/cases
  • Unopened if purchased as a sealed product
  • Returned with original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@dadshouseofcards.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the cards securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the package with tracking to the provided address
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Insurance & Protection

Shipping Insurance

All orders over $50 automatically include shipping insurance. For orders under $50, insurance can be added for $2.99.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look around your delivery area
  3. Contact your local post office
  4. If still missing, contact us within 7 days
